Denali Rose is a Nauticat 43; a Sparkman & Stephens designed ocean cruising pilothouse staysail-ketch sailboat built in Finland in 1983. 

Her hull design began life as the Nautor-Swan 43 of that era. [Nauticat obtained the molds from Swan, added a pilothouse and other typical Nauticat interior appointments...]

She has 94 siblings [and thousands of cousins] scattered around the world, most of which are still in active use, and some of whom stay in touch. 

Denali Rose is our home. [Since 2014] 

We joke that we moved into a bigger place; from a 2 bedroom, 1 bath house into a 3 bedroom, 2 bath boat...

    1. Thank you for your kind words, we think Denali Rose is special, but we're kind of biased. :-) I must admit that we need new photos in some areas, we done quite a bit of updating to the boat, but haven't updated the blog.
